When I tried to unregister these files I was told that some error occurred and I could not When I tried to force delete them I was told that my access was denied. When I tried to give myself administrative powers over these files it would not let me do so.
I have attempted to force delete using del /f, unregister using Regsvr32 /u /s, and even double-checking to make sure I have administrative powers over the file and its contents which I am trying to delete. dll files, and trust me when I say that I have done I've seen three different methods of deleting.
